She has always been private about her personal life. But during a recent joint interview with her musician husband Robbie Arnett on SiriusXM’s The Jess Cagle Show, Elizabeth Olsen revealed new details about their marriage.

Many speculated they wed during the COVID-19 lockdown, but much to everyone’s surprise, they tied the knot even before the start of the pandemic.

“We never really talked much about our marriage,” Olsen told Cagle. “We eloped, and then we had a wedding at another time, but it was before Covid. I just never talked about it.”

She added they were lucky they married before the pandemic and traveling restrictions.

“I had to work in England and there are visa issues with that. We luckily timed things out really well,” she explained.

“He wouldn’t have been able to come at all actually. And also, everything was so backed up. You couldn’t even like try to get married then. But it ended up working out.”

The revelation came a year after the Avengers star casually let slip that she had secretly married her fiancé Robbie Arnett when she referred to him as her “husband” in a conversation with Kaley Cuoco for Variety’s Actors on Actos series.

Arnett and Olsen first met while on a holiday in Mexico in 2017. They went public with their relationship in September of the same year and got engaged in July 2019.

Born on March 3, 1992, in Los Angeles, he is around 3 years younger than his wife, who was born on February 16, 1989, in the same city. Robbie Arnett seems to measure around 5′ 9″ (175 cm) and Elizabeth Olsen is 5′ 4″ (163 cm).

Just recently, the WandaVision actress and her Milo Greene lead singer husband added children’s book author to their resume.

The couple co-authored a picture book, titled Hattie Harmony: Worry Detective, which hit store shelves last week. You can also get it on Amazon for $14.99.

Promoting their first-ever children’s book, Olsen was pictured arriving at the Good Morning America studios, where she opened up about how her mental health journey inspired “Hattie Harmony.”

“I think a lot of the tools that Robbie and I instinctively wrote about were tools that we’ve had to use ourselves.” She also added that she utilized methods like mindful movement and breathing when dealing with “a lot of weird panic attacks” in her early 20s.

“I never had a stress ball, but I would do other kinds of body tension things to help relieve the anxiety in my head or the stress or the overwhelming feelings I would get. And also the positive self-talk that Hattie uses I feel like we could all use a little bit of that.”

For the interview, the 33-year-old actress channeled the ‘60s and rewore the same green mini dress she first wore to the Free Arts NYC Art Auction back in 2010.

It features geometric prints, a mock neck, short sleeves, a cinched waist, and a thigh-skimming straight hem that allowed her to parade her toned legs.

Keeping the rest of her look simple, Olsen skipped the jewelry, save for her massive square-cut emerald engagement ring with a diamond halo set in a thin gold band.

Her eyes were hidden behind a pair of round-framed sunnies while her essentials were kept in a small black purse slung over her shoulder.

Beauty-wise, the Martha Marcy May Marlene actress parted her blonde tresses to one side and kept her makeup light with a hint of blush and lipstick.

Adding just several inches to her 5’4” height, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s younger sister slipped into a pair of pointed-toe mules from her sisters’ luxury fashion label The Row.

She selected the “Coco” mules, featuring a black suede upper, high vamp, beige silk satin bow, and 2-inch kitten heels.
