Jennifer Garner is back on the small screen in the new Apple TV+ thriller The Last Thing He Told Me, based on the novel of the same name by Laura Dave, available on Amazon.

The seven-episode miniseries, created by novelist Laura Dave herself with screenwriter and producer Josh Singer, made its global debut on Apple TV+ on April 14, 2023.

Ahead of the release of the first two episodes, the cast and crew of The Last Thing He Told Me gathered together at the Regency Bruin Theatre for the Los Angeles premiere of their new project.

The dress falls below the calves and right above the ankles, showcasing her gold Giuseppe Zanotti “Intriigo” sandals.

These open, pointed-toe sandals are crafted from gold-tone mirror-effect synthetic fabric and feature a 4-inch covered stiletto heel and a crossed strap on the back with a golden metal buckle.

Fernando Jorge Jewelry, Chanel Makeup, and Wet-Look Waves

Besides her golden heels, which added an elegant touch to the ensemble, the Pearl Harbor actress accessorized with long dangling earrings and a couple of diamond rings by Fernando Jorge, selected by stylist Jordan Johnson Chung.

Garner’s glam was created by Chanel makeup artist Kara Yoshimoto Bua, who gave her a fresh look with a bronzed, earth-tone color palette and coral pink lipstick.

Adir Abergel created Jennifer’s side-swept, wet-look hairstyle, while Temeka Jackson painted her nails in a coral shade to match her lipstick.

At one point on the red carpet, the statuesque Jennifer Garner, standing 5 feet 7.5 inches (171.5 cm), towered over her fellow executive producers.

Reese Witherspoon, petite at just 5 feet 1½ (156.2 cm), stunned in a black Givenchy dress, while Lauren Neustadter opted for a sharp tuxedo look.

Neustadter opted for a power dress in a plunging black tuxedo with wide-leg trousers, while Reese chose a black Givenchy dress.

Witherspoon’s frock had sheer panels and laser-cut details. It also featured an asymmetrical one-shoulder design and a knee-length hem with a side slit. She paired the cutout dress with caged cutout Aquazzura pumps, pearl hoop earrings, and a plethora of rings.

Days before the premiere of The Last Thing He Told Me, Jennifer Garner was spotted hitting the promotional trail in a series of glamorous outfits, which were a far cry from her typical everyday looks.

The Alias star visited the Ed Sullivan Theater last week for a guest appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, where she donned a sparkling Roland Mouret dress.

The midi number glistened with crystal embellishments and finished with a strapless sweetheart neckline and ruched detailing.

The thigh-skimming number came in a dominant black-and-white hue with multicolored flecks, finished with a white collared V-neckline and matching buttoned cuffs.

Earlier, Jennifer Garner appeared on Today, where she promoted her new Apple TV+ series and shared her approach to keeping her kids off social media.

Jennifer Garner, who shares daughters Violet, 17, and Seraphina, 13, and son Samuel, 11, with her ex-husband Ben Affleck, has always been private about her children. She has kept her kids out of the public eye and has banned them from using social media.

Speaking on how she manages to keep them off social media, Garner told Today’s Savannah Guthrie and Hoda Kotb, “I just said to my kids, ‘Show me the articles that prove that social media is good for teenagers, and then we’ll have the conversation.’”

“Find scientific evidence that matches what I have that says that it’s not good for teenagers, then we’ll chat,” she added.

She said her eldest, Violet, “is grateful” for her policy, but admitted that “it’s a long haul. I have a couple more to go, so just knock on wood. We’ll see if I really hang in there.”

Jennifer Garner, a fan of the No. 1 New York Times best-selling novel, jumped at the opportunity when it suddenly became available.

“I went for it. And I stayed up all night writing letters, like all night, like saw the sunrise, just writing and rewriting letters and sending these letters out. And then the next night, I did it again,” she told EW.
