What Is Creed 3 About?

According to the official Creed III storyline, Adonis Creed has been doing well professionally and personally since he first rose to prominence in the boxing world.

Damian, a friend from his youth and a previous boxing prodigy, reappears after a lengthy incarceration to prove he still deserves a chance at the top.

This confrontation between old friends is about much more than just fighting. To take vengeance on Damian, Adonis must risk his career by fighting with a boxer without anything to lose.

The film’s runtime of 1 hour and 56 minutes makes it the shortest in the Creed franchise.

MGM and United Artists Releasing will distribute the film in the United States, while Warner Bros. Pictures will handle overseas sales and distribution. It’s also the first Rocky movie distributed by United Artists since Rocky V in 1990.

Because of scheduling conflicts, Ludwig Göransson, who scored the first two Creed movies, will not return to compose the third installment. Joseph Shirley, instead, will be responsible for the soundtrack.

In an interview with Variety, the 33-year-old actor confessed that he “got punched in the face about 100 times” while shooting the film. Majors indicated that Dame’s physical metamorphosis has emotional causes.

Jonathan Majors, a major rising star in Hollywood, has joined the Marvel Cinematic Universe and appeared in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania as Kang the Conqueror, the new ‘big bad’ villain. What About Sylvester Stallone?

Unfortunately, Sylvester Stallone will not reprise his role as Rocky Balboa, albeit he will remain on the production crew. The 76-year-old actor and filmmaker reportedly decided to skip Creed III alone.

After much speculation, Stallone confirmed on Instagram that he would not be reprising his role as Rocky Balboa in Creed III.

He returned for the first Creed, thanks to director Ryan Coogler, and stayed for Creed II (2018), although Rocky’s tale has concluded, and Adonis Creed’s will continue.

It will be the first Rocky/Creed movie in which Sylvester Stallone does not play Rocky Balboa. Without him, no characters will have starred in all of the series’ films.
