Jennifer Lopez has a lot to celebrate this month, and we’re not even halfway to June yet.
For starters, she welcomed summer with the spring collection of her own shoe line, which is available at DSW.

The 52-year-old superstar’s documentary entitled “Halftime” is also set to open this year’s Tribeca Film Festival. On June 14, the inspirational film will be available to stream everywhere on Netflix.
But of course, let’s not forget that she’s still very much in love and engaged to actor Ben Affleck.

Lifetime achievement award
On June 5, Jennifer was honored with the Generation Award at the 2022 MTV Movie & TV Awards.
According to MTV, this lifetime achievement honor is given to “beloved actors whose diverse contributions to both film and television have turned them into household names.”
The multi-hyphenate star began her career with a stint as a Fly Girl on “In Living Color” before landing her breakout role in “Selena.”

Since then, she’s starred in beloved romantic comedies like “Maid in Manhattan,” while also developing a successful music career.
Jennifer joins a long list of beloved stars and past award recipients like Scarlett Johansson, Reese Witherspoon, and Sandra Bullock.
In her tearful acceptance speech, Jennifer thanked everyone from her family to her supporters and detractors.
“I want to thank all the people who told me to my face or when I wasn’t in the room that I couldn’t do this. I really don’t think I could have done it without you. And I know I couldn’t have done it without the fans.”

Jennifer also thanked her children “for teaching me to love” and gave a shoutout to longtime manager Benny Medina.
She ended her speech by saying, “Ben and everybody at home, wait for me to have dinner! I’ll be home by seven.”

All glammed up
The fashion icon oozed sultry edge in a black Mônot Fall 2022 dress.
It featured a black leather vest with a plunging neckline and a front zip closure. In true Mônot fashion, her floor-length skirt also had flirty cut-out details on the hips.

On her Instagram, Jennifer shared a video that showed her posing for photographs on the red carpet.

She captioned it with a simple “Hi” and then posted another photo to thank MTV and her “incredible team.”
The “Marry Me” actress celebrated another win that night, receiving the Golden Popcorn for Best Song for “On My Way.”

Jennifer sashayed down the red carpet with a black clutch and diamond jewels, including her stunning engagement ring.
She also flaunted the Junnie sandals from her own line, providing the perfect finishing touch to her sultry look.

These sandals feature round open toes, adjustable ankle straps, and clear PVC straps across the toes. They also gave Jennifer a stylish boost with their dramatic front platforms and 6.5-inch covered stiletto heels.

Dressed down in sneakers
Jennifer may have mastered red carpet fashion, but she also perfected the art of luxe sportswear. Her recent outings showcased an array of chic workout outfits with her added signature glam touch.
On June 2, the multitalented star stepped out in a Myrrhe rainbow tie-dye hoodie with Alo Yoga orange leggings.
She carried a Gucci Diana bag in white and wore the Nike Air Force 1 white sneakers with a neon swoosh.

The next day, she donned a cropped sweatshirt and melon-colored patterned leggings from Niyama Sol.
She tied her hair back in a sleek ponytail and carried her favorite white Diana bag from Gucci.
On her feet are white high-top trainers from The Kooples. These shoes feature chunky rubber soles and leather straps with stylized text in contrasting black.

On June 4, the global superstar stepped out in a mint-colored ensemble. She wore a Niyama Sol cropped sweatshirt with patterned leggings in the same mint shade.
Jennifer swept her hair up in a bun and accessorized with Max Mara geometric shades and her favorite bag from Gucci.
She finished off her look with another pair of white sneakers from The Kooples. This time, she wore the white lace-up platform shoes.
